His full use of strength has allowed him to defeat Dr. Strange, Mephisto, and Asmodeus. However, he also is vulnerable to the powers of the near-infinite Zarathos. Because of this, he is often the human safety net for the Hulk and the Ghost Rider. The primary power of the Hulk is his immense superhuman strength. This strength increases with his anger. The Hulk can break down vehicles with a single punch or stomp the ground while dealing huge amounts of damage. He can also stop a speeding Humvee with a single punch, and his thunderclap is enough to stop a military helicopter from blowing up. Superpowers The first half of the Hulk vs Ghost Rider Full Fighter is an explosive clash between the two superpowered Marvel characters. Hulk and Ghost Rider have been in a feud since the 1960s, and this battle was not one to be missed! The two have been in a number of mutual matchups, and they both are capable of crushing one another. The Hulk is considered the strongest character in the Marvel universe, but there are some characters that can match the Hulk’s strength and power, such as Ghost Rider. The Ghost Rider, however, is not the strongest of the two, and he is able to defeat the Hulk in Banner form. Both of these characters are powerful, but each has its own special abilities. The Hulk has unlimited strength and can withstand physical damage and hellfire. Meanwhile, Ghost Rider is practically invulnerable to physical damage. He can heal after being KO’d and is very difficult to defeat without control. Moreover, the Ghost Rider can be very hard to hit, so you have to be patient. The full fight will have some interesting moments, which you can’t miss. The Hulk’s strength is always impressive and surprising. He is so strong that he can shred tanks like paper. He is also very intelligent, but it doesn’t mean that his abilities are incomparable. Besides, the Ghost Rider can be a great prop, creating cool battle scenarios. However, his weaknesses can’t be overshadowed by the strength of his opponent. The Hulk gets stronger when angry. His unlimited strength could prove to be too much for the demon Zarathos, but the Hulk will still be able to put up a decent fight. The Hulk will eventually crush the demon’s spirit out of Johnny Blaze. It may be hard to imagine that a demon with such power could defeat such a powerful superhero. While the Hulk is considered the strongest non-cosmic character in the Marvel Comics universe, there are some characters that are equally strong. For example, Ghost Rider is capable of defeating Hulk in Banner form. However, the Ghost Rider is a great fighter and has beaten the Hulk in the past. Despite this, the Hulk is still the better choice. Ghost Rider Proves He Can Beat The Hulk In One Brutal Move Matchups While the Hulk is one of the strongest heroes in the Marvel Universe, he is not immune to damage. Both he and Ghost Rider are superhuman. This means that they can match each other in strength. Nonetheless, there are some notable differences between the two. While Hulk is known for his superhuman strength, the Ghost Rider is a powerful yet weak character. Both can defeat the other, but the Hulk has the upper hand. The Hulk is more capable of withstand the attack of the Ghost Rider, and he is not prone to knockouts. The Ghost Rider, on the other hand, has a lack of intellect and planning. He operates purely instinctively, which could prove fatal against intelligent opponents such as Bruce Banner. Although the Hulk has many weaknesses, his anger and power will overcome these shortcomings. If Hulk is able to defeat Ghost Rider, he may be able to use weapons forged in Hell and Heaven. However, Hulk is not as powerful when using religious devices, while Ghost Rider is vulnerable to such devices. However, he has an advantage in other areas. His ability to manipulate hellfire is a significant factor in deciding the outcome of this fight. The Hulk has superior strength, while the Ghost Rider has excellent defense. Both of these heroes have a lot of power. The Hulk has great stamina, while the Ghost Rider’s strength and speed are unmatched. It would be interesting to see the Ghost Rider reverting back to his host form, as his power would be more useful than in his host form. Jinx’s fractured mind could protect him from the Penance Stare, but it could also be a hindrance. Connection to Hulk The She-Hulk is a fictional character in the Marvel Comics universe. She is a lawyer. She attended the UCLA School of Law and is a member of the Order of the Coif, a national honor society for the best legal scholars. She performs legal work as a member of the Magistrati, which has the power to compel her to adjudicate cases anywhere in the creation. However, she ceased functioning as a member of the Magistrati when she adjudicates a case involving the Hulk. The connection to the Hulk is quite simple. Cho was a sidekick to another hero before he became Hulk. Before joining the Hulk family, he was a sidekick to another hero. This made him an excellent choice for the role. Cho was a very good friend of the Hulk and was a strong character in the comics. In the Marvel comics, he fought alongside the Hulk in several battles, but he never actually killed anyone. There has also been an ongoing connection between the Marvel Cinematic Universe and the comics. The first film, The Avengers, was inspired by the comics. It featured Bruce Banner and Tony Stark. The internet has changed life as we know it - with a ride (hello Uber) and even pre-packaged dinner ingredients delivered to your door (hello meal kits) almost instantly. It’s easy to look up products and access thousands of reviews by online influencers (hello Instagram) and ‘meeting up’ could mean screen time on Zoom, Teams, or Google Hangouts. It’s difficult to imagine not being instantly and digitally connected; large-scale digital transformation has led to a tidal wave of innovation. Similarly, the finance industry right now is on the brink of a seismic shift, where the digitization of assets, transactions, and financial instruments promises to change the fabric of our global economy. At the forefront of this transformation are stablecoins. As is typical of any innovation, stablecoins have found themselves under the scrutiny of well-known commentators, with some questioning their legitimacy and value. (One prominent media commentator recently chose to mock Easy Crypto’s stablecoin launch without understanding the stablecoin proposition or coming to us to learn more). In this piece, I explain some stablecoin basics, bust some of the myths out there, and explain the superpowers that will see them play a pivotal role in the evolving landscape of digital currencies. First Things First - What Are Stablecoins? Stablecoins represent a category of cryptocurrencies backed by reserve assets, such as fiat currency or precious metals. They have gained popularity for their ability to combine the features of crypto - rapid transaction processing, security, and efficiency  - with the trust and reliability of an underlying “real world” asset. The very name 'stablecoin' highlights one of its key attributes — stability. In a world where the value of crypto can swing wildly, stablecoins provide a reliable anchor by being ‘pegged’ to established fiat currencies like the US Dollar or the New Zealand Dollar. This ‘pegging’ mechanism ensures that the value of stablecoins remains relatively steady, mitigating the volatility inherent in the broader crypto market. Typically, this has been led by the US with USDT and USDC being such examples. Recently, we launched Easy Crypto’s NZDD - a coin that brings the benefits of digitization to the New Zealand Dollar, backed 1:1 with Kiwi dollars. Importantly, stablecoins were never designed to be speculative investments that promise exponential returns. Unlike more volatile cryptos that can experience significant price fluctuations and ‘bull runs’, stablecoins provide stable value. Their primary purpose is to bridge the gap between traditional fiat currencies and the digital realm, offering a familiar and stable medium of exchange in the crypto space. Let’s bust some myths… “Stablecoins Aren’t Regulated…” Contrary to the notion that stablecoins operate in a regulatory ‘grey area’, many stablecoin projects prioritize compliance and transparency. When issued by reputable organizations, they often undergo regular audits to verify that the digital assets backing them align with their stated peg. This commitment to transparency not only builds trust among users but also fosters a regulatory environment that recognizes stablecoins as valuable contributors to the financial ecosystem. “You Can’t Get Good Returns From Stablecoins…” Stablecoins have been widely criticized for their lack of investment opportunities, but this is only true for the uninformed. In reality, they offer a unique advantage by enabling users to engage in decentralized finance (DeFi) opportunities which provide a range of ways to earn yield on holding coins. Stake Your Claim to Profits Staking stablecoins offers a cool way to make your money work for you. If you add your coins into a ‘liquidity pool’ (such as Uniswap), you gain a twofold advantage. Firstly, by contributing to liquidity, users actively facilitate smoother trading experiences for others within the ecosystem. Secondly, and perhaps more enticingly, this allows individuals to earn passive ‘staking’ rewards. In essence, your stablecoins not only remain secure under your custody but also have the potential to generate additional value through staking rewards. Be Ready and Waiting Stablecoins also empower users with a unique ability to navigate the crypto landscape strategically. If an investor wishes to remain on the sidelines, waiting for an opportune moment to enter the market, stablecoins serve as an ideal ‘parking spot’ for funds rather than having to drop out to fiat currency and then move back into another cryptocurrency. With a simple and cost-effective ‘swap’, users can transition from stablecoins to other forms of crypto when market conditions align with their investment goals. Gains for Good Importantly, stablecoins are often criticized for their inability to capitalize on interest. When NZDD was launched as an MVP, Easy Crypto committed to giving back proceeds from the assets under management to the crypto community through grants (this is already happening!) and interest payments (this is under development). These offerings will benefit users through both direct income opportunities and also supporting the development of new innovations, use cases, and improvements for the NZDD ecosystem. Consider decentralized lending platforms built on smart contracts and stablecoins. Borrowers and lenders can interact without the need for traditional intermediaries (such as banks or second-tier lenders), streamlining the lending process and reducing costs. Stablecoins play a crucial role in this ecosystem by providing a stable unit of account for loans and ensuring that the value remains constant throughout the lending period. Cross-border payment systems that utilize stablecoins and smart contracts are also gaining traction. Traditional international transfers are often plagued by delays, high fees, and a myriad of currency conversion issues. By leveraging stablecoins and smart contracts, users can execute near-instantaneous cross-border transactions at lower costs. Smart contracts facilitate automatic currency conversion, ensuring that the recipient receives the agreed-upon amount in their preferred currency. In essence, stablecoins are not just digital currencies; they represent a fundamental building block for a new era of programmable and decentralized finance. As these innovations continue to mature, stablecoins will play a central role in reshaping the financial landscape, empowering entrepreneurs and developers to create a diverse array of digitized financial products and services that can revolutionize the way we engage with money and assets. Dismissing stablecoins outright is an obvious mistake given their potential within the evolving global financial landscape. Embracing DevOps, the Triple-Edged Superpower

Are you even aware that you have a superpower? Do you know the ingredients to activate your superpowers? In one of the case competitions I participated in during my MBA at the University of Toronto, Rotman School of Management, the entrepreneurs were asked about their superpowers. In an increasingly competitive environment driven by innovation, I’ve found that differentiation and building on the value you offer are indispensable. The question also caused me to self-reflect: how do you develop your superpowers? Are superpowers the result of self-awareness or circumstance, or both? Knowing yourself, the environmental factors and activities that bring out the best in you are important to maintaining mental health and activating your strengths. Having a long-game perspective, exposing yourself to high-growth environments, and having the patience to develop new skills are important if your goals are difficult to achieve (yet worthwhile) and require you to establish pre-conditions for success. Having contrasting experiences helps identify the right environmental variables to see you thrive, develop and activate your superpowers. Throughout my career, I’ve taken on challenges that seem insurmountable at the time due to a lack of resources or a steep learning curve that meant I had to learn new technologies at a rapid pace. Before the MBA, I started my career as a technical marketer, rapidly became a subject matter expert across multiple ad platforms, and I tried to build a minimal viable product on excel to make my work easier. I’ve learnt that agility is crucial in the face of growth and possibility. After moving to Adparlor, one of the first Facebook marketing partners, I contributed significantly from a product perspective during their transition from legacy to a self-serve platform. I experienced incredible success after growing client daily budgets from $1K - $15K for a campaign launch, as a result of successfully hitting the client KPI. Through both of these early experiences, I discovered that I’ve enjoyed collaborating with tech teams to create solutions that can improve my workflow. At OMD, I helped Fortune 500 clients with media planning. I started managing and training junior team members and spent more time presenting to senior client leadership. I leveraged my expertise in search engine marketing to represent OMD at a panel hosted by the (IAB) Interactive Advertising Bureau of Canada to talk about the rise of voice search. When one of my clients was losing market share to the dominant competitor in the field, I was aware that their problem is not marketing-related in nature and required other innovative solutions. This became a trigger for me to get my MBA. Learn to understand and deconstruct both positive and negative or constructive feedback. Don’t let other people who don’t know you define or prescribe adjectives to you based on faulty heuristics. The upside and downside of living in a diverse world are that people grow up differently and have different values. While the dominant cultural work norms and industry values will dictate collective preferences, I’ve discovered that it is really important to figure out what is important to you because ultimately you need an environment that activates your strengths, or “superpowers”. I’ve heard a lot of feedback, both negative and positive. I ultimately believe that feedback is a good thing because it tells you what the other person values (usually in contrast to what you value). I believe that a lot of what self-development boils down to is developing new skill sets to fulfill your objectives, in my case, that was pursuing a startup idea. That means going out of my comfort zone of being a technical expert to test and develop a wide-ranging set of skills: public speaking skills to convey my ideas and vision, persuasion skills to help target clients, understand the value of the product, learning no-code platforms to deliver quick MVPs, and even business development. Eventually, it is also about coming to terms with your strengths and weaknesses so that you can delegate or seek advisors, or gravitate to the right markets and industries. Develop self-reflection skills and learn what motivates you. Because of the nature of my MBA program, I spent more time than usual reflecting on my own and my manager’s leadership styles and skills. A core part of self-development is the ability to find the repertoire and frameworks that are useful for you to develop self-awareness. Self-awareness, just like leadership, is a skill set and requires practice. It is perhaps ironic that we require a variety of environmental conditions and different experiences to help us self-reflect on motivation. How much of your motivation is triggered by external circumstances or intrinsic ones? Perhaps the biggest lesson I’ve learned through my career is that you could excel at a certain role but it could still drain you. All the awards that you acquire from your job cannot make up for the health sacrifices you make. The principles behind the way you approach life could change. For example, I’ve learnt that even though I excel at presentations, the logistics of traveling to a client's location is enough to exhaust me if I have to do it often. Just because I thrived within a chaotic environment does not mean it is conducive or sustainable to my mental and physical health. For instance, I find that I feel energized when I need to provide evidence and backup for certain claims. The most valuable lessons I’ve learned from my MBA are classes where I work with real-life clients because they helped me gain the most practical insights. When I chose the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto, I was particularly interested in the Creative Destruction Lab and its access to founders. It was the sort of place where you want to be to see what startups are doing to change the world. After meeting many startup founders in the Creative Destruction Lab, I’ve learned that developing personal unfair advantages and branding is very important for entrepreneurs to acquire unique insight and set themselves apart if they want to get funding or attract the right talent. In startup language, an unfair advantage refers to a unique selling proposition that your competition cannot copy easily. For an entrepreneur, this means the founder or founding team has unique insight, experience, or solutions that capture the market quicker or faster. I’ve participated in a variety of case competitions related to startups, product management and venture capital to try to understand how to evaluate the likelihood of success. I was inspired by start-ups that take it upon themselves to solve social impact challenges. Case competitions were an effective means of testing knowledge in a practical, solution-driven manner. We won second place in a healthcare management case competition hosted by Eli Lilly in 2017 and our team became the first-ever Rotman finalist out of fifty teams to join the Global Impact Investing case competition in 2020 hosted by the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania. Working with other students in entirely different industries will help you understand their thought processes. I’ve appreciated the academic experience because it brings my mindset into learning and reflection mode. Redefining Strength: Why Your Flaws Are Actually Your Superpowers People spend a ton of time and resources trying to be the “best” version of themselves — trying to fix what’s broken, their weaknesses, and perfect their flaws. They buy courses and books and makeup and planners and smartphones-watches-everything in hopes of somehow being more than what they are today. You know the story: be staggeringly productive (but not “always on”). Be Elon-Musk-successful but on 10 hours per week working remotely (probably as a digital nomad) with no debt, a 7-figure income, probably while raising kids, with optimal sleep, optimal exercise, optimal food… you get the picture. overcome And those things are fine to strive for! If, they work for you and are aligned with your vision. More often than not though, people just beat themselves up for not reaching this shotgun spread of goals that are, for many people, ethereal at best. The goals and desires go unexamined, something to strive for but not to deconstruct — something that starts as a beacon of hope but which becomes twisted and distorted until it’s a finish line in a race they never entered. and this is a big if, So people just keep going. They keep pushing forward. “Making progress.” “Trying their best.” All the while feeling like they aren’t living up to their potential, dreading the journey that the internet told them they are enjoy. If they can just get past this flaw or that insecurity or that imperfection, they will finally be supposed to ready. Ready for what? What are we fixing? More importantly, why? You’re Not Broken; You’re Forcing It There are night owls, creative geniuses, masters of chaos forcing their eyes open at 5 am because “anyone can be a morning person,” telling themselves that they adhere to their predetermined morning routine, they stay on track to complete their planner full of activities, they maintain a clear, minimalist desk and let their emails pile up. must must must never ever ERHHHHHH. (That’s a buzzer sound, in case that wasn’t clear). Uh-uh, my friend. For some, that might work. It might work exceptionally well. And they’ll adopt these new methods and their productivity will skyrocket and they’ll be someone’s testimonial on their website because that system for them. works — But you mostly won’t hear from the people who tried it, who stuck with it through the adjustment phase and, with every passing day, felt more constrained, more exhausted, more suffocated, and more hopeless. Because right? So if it doesn’t work for them, then *they are flawed…*right? They must need a new planner or a better mattress or a sleep-tracking smartwatch or blue-light glasses or a better diet with higher energy or a course on creativity so they can get past their “creative block.” this is what works… Or… stick with me here because I know this story sounds familiar to some of you… maybe you’re not what’s broken. That doesn’t mean the system is broken either. It’s clearly working for someone. Ways people frequently describe the out-of-alignment type of feeling I’m talking about: Like swimming upstream all the time Like you can’t catch a break or a breath Like beating your head against a brick wall hoping for a breakthrough Like adulting is hard Like trying to force yourself into your human skin in order to integrate with the locals of Earth without them catching on The last one is getting a little personal for me, but you get the picture. The common theme? Trying to force yourself, overcome yourself, or confine yourself in order to achieve something. You can ask yourself this question: “Does this <action / lifestyle / job / whatever> feel forced?” Some things will feel forced at first. Things like a new diet or public speaking or getting over a fear of heights. It’s normal to have a period of adjustment. The problem creeps in when it feeling forced. If it doesn’t feel like it’s getting easier or driving you forward, and especially if it becomes more dreadful and exhausting over time, then that’s a red flag. keeps If an action feels forced for an extended period of time, you’re probably fighting your strengths. Your strengths” Your strengths are a very powerful force, and it makes sense why many people can’t quite seem to operate in a way that isn’t in alignment with them. The Origin of Our Strengths That same night owl might be the next Picasso or Stephen King or whatever, if they’d embrace their messy desk and their meandering way of completing a to-do list. Let the emails go unanswered. Let bedtime come and pass. Work until 5AM and sleep ’til noon if your life supports it and that’s what drives you forward. Most importantly, do it without guilt. Embrace your natural inclinations. Your strengths became strengths for a reason — those pathways in your brain became stronger and stronger because that’s what got favorable results. Because those actions resulted in something your brain considered “success.” Now, that’s not always to say there isn’t a hiccup that we have to acknowledge. Addiction. Trauma. But even those pathways are worth visiting, understanding, healing, and embracing. For example, someone with extensive trauma may have certain strengths that at one time kept them safe: things like the ability to read emotions exceptionally well. That’s why you see a lot of people with trauma go on to become excellent psychotherapists and coaches. I can tell you that when I trained as a trauma coach and for each and every one of them — that was their superpower*.* That doesn’t make the things that happened to them okay, but there was healing in embracing their natural inclinations in a healthy way that felt right to them. almost every single coach-in-training had their own trauma background Strengths And Flaws: Different Sides of The Same Coin One way of learning about your strengths is through the Clifton Strengths Full-34 Assessment, which I took during a — and that changed my whole life way more than it changed my writing (and by the way, this isn’t some woo woo test, there’s actually science happening here… you can .) coaching program with Becca Syme read about it on their website here I really like this test because it points out not only the benefits of your strengths but also blind spots to look out for. These are my top strengths: Strategic Individualization Learner Command Restorative Framed one way, that means: “I am someone who is curious and observant and is quick to ascertain what people are thinking or feeling. I always want to learn about what makes each person unique, and I like to hear about what challenges they are facing in their lives. I am quick to transform an obstacle into an opportunity and I often influence people to commit to things that will lead them to successful outcomes.” Framed another way, that can also mean: “I’m a controlling person who criticizes people and tells them how to “fix” themselves and who always has to get the last word in arguments. I’m someone people call a know-it-all who is aggressive and intimidating and is quick to point out people’s shortcomings. I also get annoyed when people don’t instinctively read my mind.” Big difference, right? Both of those things are written about the exact same set of strengths, one where I am leaning into my strengths in a positive and healthy way and the other where those strengths (ones people often frame as flaws) are interfering with my ability to have the life that resonates with me. It just depends on: My awareness of my strengths How I use those strengths My greatest strengths are also my biggest flaws — that’s because they stem from the same pathways in my brain, the ones that drive my actions with the most fervor, the ones that would be the most difficult for me to just “turn off.” For the sake of offering a well-rounded picture, here’s the other side of the story. These are my bottom strengths (e.g.,” my weaknesses”): 30. Includer 31. Adaptability 32. Woo 33. Harmony 34. Positivity That sounds like everything a coach should have, right? If someone had my weaknesses as their strengths, they would be someone who involves everyone in activities, who goes with the flow and lives in the now, who loves to be an ice-breaker and win people over, help people work together as a group, and stays enthusiastic through it all. If I were to try to run cohorts and coaching sessions that hinged on those traits, I would likely struggle. So I don’t. I’d rather create an environment of individualism, filled with authentic voices, a place of rebelliousness and challenge and fast-paced growth. If the people who work with me show up with their whole selves, I will gladly do the same, and together we will conquer the world. So I can beat my head against a wall trying to become fawning and fair, or I can try conforming to a role where people find me pushy and out-of-line, or I can lean into my strengths. I can place myself in situations where I can thrive, that will give me energy and satisfaction, and where I will be appreciated for my authentic self. And so can you. A Redefinition of Strength: Reframe Your Flaws as Your Superpowers

It seems like everyone defines crypto market-making slightly differently: ask 10 industry OGs & you will get 10 variations of a similar concept. While it may be difficult to pin down market-making, there is one definite characteristic that puts market makers in a unique position to benefit from the growth of the industry. The former CEO of Alameda Research Sam Trabucco added to the secrecy by tweeting about “market-making superpowers” - a hidden way to take on exposure to tokens of up-and-coming & ambitious projects, without directly deploying capital. The secret behind market-making superpowers is in the liquidity Service Level Agreements (SLAs) that are structured as loans of native tokens, with a cash repayment option. The market maker quotes a tight spread & deep orderbook and in return asks for a loan of the native tokens, but with an ability to repay it with stablecoins. As an example, a market maker would commit to provide liquidity and he would ask for a loan of tokens worth $1,000,000, with the option to repay the loan with USDT, instead of with native tokens. Isn’t this an awesome deal?! The project creates tokens out of thin air, gives them to the market maker for liquidity services, does not actually pay with cash, and there’s even a possibility of getting “real” money from the market maker. Where is the Trojan horse in these beautifully structured SLAs? My readers & projects’ CEOs might look suspiciously at the funny-looking loan structures; these SLAs are hiding an American Call Option that enables market makers to profit from the extreme upside & volatility of tokens. The real market-making superpower the former CEO of Alameda Research was referring to, is not about blindly deploying capital into random tokens & meme coins - market makers don’t do that - but to have optionality on the rapid growth of the industry. Just to say the obvious, these kinds of SLAs would never be allowed in the regulated world because market makers have a conflict of interest. They should provide liquidity in an undirectional manner, but the “rational” & unethical behavior would be to pump the token, exercise the American Call Option, dump in the open market (on retail traders) and make a killing. Finally, it’s shocking to find out how much such SLAs cost the project, since they are giving an American Call Option to the market maker for free - in the above example of an SLA on tokens worth $1,000,000, the American Call Option is worth $400’000. Not a bad business for market makers! Following the fiasco with FTX & Alameda Research, a lot of nonsense bordering science fiction has been pushed onto the public, mostly by people with no industry experience - my goal is to provide insights into how the industry operates and shed a light on the behind-the-scenes & secretive workings.
